Terms
These terms cover orders placed on dijaroswares.com. By checking out, you agree to them. We've kept the language plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@dijaroswares.com and we'll explain.
Who can order
You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order from us. Please use accurate billing and shipping details so we can get your piece to the right place.
Our wares
Every piece is printed and finished to order in our Seattle-area studio. Because each one is made individually, expect small, natural variation between pieces and from the photos on screen. Layer lines, slight texture, and minor color shifts are part of how a printed object looks, not defects.
You choose the body color at checkout from our matte palette. Screen colors are a guide; the real filament can read slightly warmer or cooler than your display.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we charge your card and begin production.
We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is mispriced, out of stock, or we can't fulfill it. If we cancel after charging you, we refund in full.
Changes and cancellations
Since pieces are made to order, email us as soon as possible if you need to change a color or cancel. We can usually help before production starts. Once a piece is on the printer we may not be able to stop it, but we'll always try.
Shipping and delivery
Production and transit times, rates, and our free-shipping threshold are on the Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the package. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you chase a lost parcel.
Returns and refunds
Because every piece is printed to order, all sales are final and we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, with no need to ship anything back. Designs and intellectual property
We print work licensed from independent designers we admire (currently h3li0, emmaginn, and Nordic Creativa, among others) alongside open designs, and we finish each piece by hand. Buying a ware gives you the physical object for personal use. It does not transfer any rights to the underlying design, the designers' work, or our photography, copy, and branding.
Warranty and liability
We stand behind our work and will replace or refund a piece with a genuine fault. Beyond that, our wares are sold as-is for decorative and household use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please use planters and vessels sensibly: see the Care page for watering, heat, and cleaning guidance.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the shop grows. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
