Materials

What is your filament made of?

We print in PLA (a corn-based plant polymer) and PETG (a food-safe, weather-resistant plastic), depending on the use case. Planters that hold water and outdoor pieces are PETG; decorative and dry pieces are usually PLA.

Are your planters food-safe?

PETG is food-safe as a material, but our printers are not certified food-safe environments. We don't recommend our pieces for direct food contact. Plants and water are fine.

Can I leave a planter outside?

PETG pieces handle moisture and moderate sun well. Prolonged direct UV will eventually yellow most filaments. We recommend a covered porch or a shaded spot for outdoor use.

Care & keeping

How do I clean a ware?

Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh solvents; they'll scratch the printed surface.

What if a piece gets damaged?

Email us a photo at hello@dijaroswares.com. Small print issues are usually fixable, and we keep replacement parts for most pieces.

Customization

Can I choose a color?

Yes. Every piece is printed to order, so you pick the body color right on the product page from our 9-color matte palette: Desert Sand, Soft Linen, River Stone, Midnight Matte, Olive Grove, Desert Clay, Mist Blue, Stonewall, and Sage Mist. Need something outside the palette? Email hello@dijaroswares.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do you do wholesale?

We do small wholesale runs for boutiques and plant shops. Email hello@dijaroswares.com with your shop name and the pieces you're interested in.

How long until my order ships?

3–5 business days for most pieces, up to 7 for lamps. See Shipping for full details.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled securely on-site through Stripe. Add your pieces to the cart, choose your colors, and check out with any major card. You'll get an order confirmation by email.
