Shipping

Every ware is made to order in our studio just north of Seattle, then packed by hand and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Production time

Because each piece is printed individually, allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Larger items (lamps, the Sagres bonsai pot) may take up to seven business days.

Domestic shipping (US)

Shipping is priced by size, since the box size drives the cost. Each piece ships at a flat rate:

• Small (4″): $5.99
• Medium (6″): $7.99
• Large (8″): $9.99

Lamps and one-size pieces ship at the $9.99 rate. Ordering more than one? You pay the largest item's rate plus $3 for each additional item, and US orders over $75 ship free. Everything goes via USPS Ground Advantage (3 to 7 business days).

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and would like a piece, email us at hello@dijaroswares.com and we'll see what we can arrange.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. If you don't see it within a week of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@dijaroswares.com.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll either replace the piece or refund it. No return needed.
